Since 1991 I have dedicated my life to building my body. This bodybuilding process has taught me the true meaning of discipline and has enabled me to learn the power of visualization. Before joining a gym I weight trained with small sand filled weights in my bedroom 5 nights a week, my parents wouldn’t allow 7 or else I would have trained everyday.  After watching my enthusiasm and commitment toward bodybuilding grow for a year my parents agreed to pay for a gym membership at the age of 14. To this day, I wear a bandana while working out and thank my family, friends, and fans  for their unconditional support and for believing in me.
