To answer the questions of how I developed my physique.

I have been training instinctively now for ten years.  By instincts I mean, I go into the week not knowing which day will get dedicated to which muscle or muscle groups.  Something I was not used to in the early years. When I say early I refer to ages 18-24 .  I had structure with Nick. His obsessiveness with keeping track of our workouts became an important part of my learning how this whole body building process works.

I began to document. the workouts. my progress. what worked. what didn’t. We tried every style of training we could learn about.  I will talk about more of them in detail in time but for now something we always seemed to incorporate was a

“negative”  or time under tension week

A heavy-er week ensuring reps were kept  in the 6-8  range with a 5 second count on the eccentric muscle contraction or “negative” part of a selection of exercises

Here are some recent clips of my chest workout.  Don’t mind my weights. they are not of importance…

what you should be looking at:

slow and controlled tempo.
symmetry left to right
once form is hindered I stop
muscular failure

Even something for the haters

who love to see me fall or fail I should say. If you click here you can watch me fail, fall, and stumble on my words.fun stuff.

Thank you for the opportunity.
