019 Project My Life – John Mopper Blueprint Mental Health

This podcast is an interview with Blueprint Mental Health owner; John Mopper.

I first met John back in 2005 when we both worked for L.A. Fitness and as the Universe connects like-minded individuals, we met up again at bodhi in Downtown Somerville NJ.

John represents Blueprint Mental Health located at:

68 N Bridge Street
Somerville, NJ 08876 [Map]

Here’s a description from their website: (www.blueprintmentalhealth.com)

Blueprint Mental Health is a boutique mental health practice with locations in both Bridgewater and Somerville, New Jersey. Our Team of clinicians pride themselves in creating a therapeutic environment that is warm and compassionate while challenging the symptoms that are present when struggling with the obstacles of depression, anxiety and personality disorders.

Through Mindfulness and such modalities as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will support you and your family on the journey to find acceptance of yourself and help to overcome any barriers that may be in the way of living the life you wish to lead. Together, we will be The Designers of a Better Tomorrow.
